My perfect host served Veuve Clicquot Rose to me in chilled Veuve Clicquot glasses on my first night. His exquisite home always takes my breath away. My first 'proper' holiday, after 6 months living & working in Cayman Islands, had to be a visit to my unbelievable friend in Uruguay and his adorable dog Otto.
