My last day in Cayman Islands started with Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman serving this Brand Ambassador Veuve Clicquot champagne & truffles at breakfast. I have too many people to thank for my 18 unforgettable months in Cayman Islands. My parents, & so many special friends, for visiting me, and there are too many incredible people in Cayman Islands I hope I never lose contact with.

 The Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa have too many exceptional staff but I must mention Laszlo.  The Westin, Grand Cayman bar staff have been too good to me but I must mention Norbert there.  Frase, Samantha & Elliot made my last night on Grand Cayman extraordinary.  The staff of Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman gave me a jar full of their good wishes. There was even a message from their former F&B Director Karen from Washington DC. Karen & Ramona get 'special mentions' there.  I wonder why the staff in the American Airlines Flagship First Class Lounge in Miami remembered us?!  When you are leaving somewhere like Cayman Islands, First Class is the way to fly. I even liked the American Airlines First Class food on this flight. |
