After the Reiki massage and Healer, I decided I must see a fortune teller in Ubud to complete my 'spiritual' experience.
Thanks to Four Seasons Sayan, I found Mr Lastra Liyer - son of Eat, Pray, Love's Mr Ketut Liyer. The latter is now in his late 90s and his health is, unfortunately, too poor to conduct sessions.

| You cannot book sessions. You just turn up, get your number and wait. However, you can watch, and listen to, the other sessions while you wait and so my 45 minutes went quickly. Lastra Liyer is infectiously cheerful and talking to him reminds you of his father. He first 'read' my face and aura, saying my 'yin & yang' were in perfect harmony which meant my life would be happy, successful and money would not be a problem. He next read my palms saying my life line showed I would live as long as his father and, once again, it confirmed I will be successful in all I do and money will come my way. He then looked at my fingers and said my index finger showed I needed more holidays/trips. However, this then led to some related advice where I was told my palm showed I need to be more economical when on trips (to enable them to last longer), drink less (to prevent extravagance when drunk) and exercise more. Afterwards I 'donated' the 'required' 250,000 Rupiah in an envelope. This was twice as much as my dinner the previous night cost. 🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻 (5 out of 5 ‘teddies’) - the experience ticked all the boxes for what I hoped for. It was a pleasure to meet good-natured Lastra Liyer and I appreciated his sensible advice.
