| I was so thrilled that my friends from Houston came to Cayman Islands to help me celebrate the start of my birthday month. It was brilliant to see them, find out about their new River Oaks house and watch Cayman Islands sunsets together. We also got to experience a very special Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman Moet brunch and memorable dinner at The Lighthouse. We loved meeting Giuseppe & Susanna there.  We spent my guests' first evening watching sunset at my Condos Owners 'Potluck Dinner'. Life in Cayman Islands.  We had to celebrate seeing such good friends again with some Veuve Clicquot on their first night too. Note my stunning 45 Park Lane art coasters.  On the first morning, while my guests slept, I had a Caribbean eggs Benedict breakfast looking over the Sotheby's details of their new house in River Oaks, Houston. Love the food & staff at 'Cimboco - A Caribbean Cafe'.  The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman beach bag fully of branded gifts, & the card from all the staff, blew my mind & it is only the start of my birthday month.  I continued my lunchtime walks during my friends' stay. These help to clear my mind from work & are good exercise.  Watching Cayman Islands sunsets with my friends, while drinking Barbados rum, was awesome.  I even impressed myself with the New York Strip Steaks I BBQed for everyone on the Weber Grills. The Portobello mushrooms were excellent too. Note the candle & silver wine coaster. I wanted to make it another fabulous evening.  My friend on our exceptional evening at Calypso Grill. Just a shame they did not make any effort to mark my birthday.  On our last evening together my friends made the sunset snacks. The taste of truffles was sensational.  Our final dinner was at The Lighthouse restaurant. My spicy seafood curry was the best of my life. Such delicate flavours. |
