Minh (the Manager) takes a break from chatting to me to make me another perfect very dry Grey Goose martini. Q Bar in Saigon closed down but Q Bar in Hoi An is the place in town for incredible cocktails.
It is an opulent lounge bar for 30-somethings with coloured silk cushions, mood lightening & great music in an old merchant's house near the covered Japanese bridge in Ancient Hoi An.

| They project classic movies onto the shop front opposite and the staff are always smiling & happy. This bar has a great atmosphere, the food is also tasty and the music is not too loud to talk. I had a very interesting chat with a Frontier Airlines pilot at the bar. 🐻🐻🐻🐻 (4 out of 5 ‘teddies’) - Q Bar lost a 'teddy' because it only got busy at the end of the second night I was there (and that was a Friday night). My Tips:- look up when you are at the bar & talk to Minh. |  Note the Veuve Clicquot, always on ice.  The paper lanterns above the bar. |
